Spinal Attunement is a globally recognised holistic practice that integrates Eastern, Western, and Esoteric wisdom. It views the spine as the central pathway through which our nervous system shapes our experiences.

By gently touching specific energetic points along the spine such as chakras, meridians, and the pathways of the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems; Spinal Attunement releases deep-seated tensions and illnesses that affect the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual aspects of our being.

This practice awakens the body’s natural intelligence, helping it return to a healthy state and accelerating the healing process. Spinal Attunement is often used alongside Western medicine and can be particularly valuable when conventional approaches do not provide the answers we seek.

A deeply restorative energy healing session combining the vibrational power of Reiki with intuitively chosen high-frequency crystals to balance your energy, clear blockages, and leave you feeling lighter, calmer, and recharged. We will begin the session with having a little chat to see where you're at emotionally, mentally and physically before tucking you into a cosy blanketed treatment bed. I may use Sound, Aromatherapy, Breathwork and guided Visualisation to help you relax and settle in to rest.

Breathwork, Crystals and Sound are used to allow the body to drop into a state of deep rest and repair.
