We will start with a chat about what's going on for you at the moment, and from there I will design the rest of our time to support you. Some sessions will require more coaching, some will require more time for healing and rest.

Regardless, it's your choice in which direction we take the session in - if you came in hoping for a vent and a cuppa, Reiki and a sound bath, then that is what you shall receive!

Part facial ritual, part healing ceremony which honours the divinity that lives within you. The Dreaming is a fully immersive 105-minute experience for your skin, your nervous system, and your soul. First, you arrive. Crystals are laid. A little Reiki, a little breath - the body begins to slow. Then we begin the journey to Peace. You don’t just leave looking better. You leave feeling different.

Some things can’t be rushed. The Ceremony is a deeply personal, 3 hour self-retreat - a rare, unhurried container to be fully held. There is no agenda, no fixing, no pushing through. Just time. Time to arrive, to soften, to be witnessed. We open with cacao (pure, whole Ecuadorian hot chocolate) and intention. A slow conversation, not to solve anything, but to be heard.

From there, we follow the body - a full somatic journey through breath, movement, Yin yoga, and dialogue, before moving into deep table work: Reiki, Fascia Release, Spinal Attunement, Sound. An extended sound bath holds the integration. We close with crystals, grounding, and something to carry with you.
