I had a session with Ellie at her home studio in St Alban's. It was amazing, I normally really struggle to open up to these sort of things but Ellie made me feel super comfortable, supported and safe. We did a combination of guided meditation and fascia release. She found a point that released both physical and emotional tension and I have been feeling much calmer since. I'd definitely recommend seeing Ellie, if like me you are a beginner or more experienced in holistic care she will help your journey.

This was my second Reiki session with Ellie and once again it was a truly wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, I felt completely at ease. Hailey has such a calm, kind and grounding presence. During the session she also worked with crystals, and I honestly left feeling like a different person. It was as if everything had fallen back into place. I felt lighter, calmer, more aligned and deeply connected with myself again. Things that had felt confusing suddenly made sense. I’ve now had two sessions with Ellie and both have been incredibly powerful in their own way. I can’t recommend her highly enough if you’re looking for someone who creates a safe, genuine and healing space. Thank you, Ellie. I’ll definitely be back.

I had a Spinal Attunement and Fascia Release session with Ellie and it was such a beautiful experience. I felt completely safe, supported and deeply relaxed throughout. The treatment helped me slow down in a way that I rarely do, and afterwards I felt lighter, calmer and much more connected to my body. In fact, I was so relaxed that my Oura Ring actually recorded part of the session as a nap! Ellie has a lovely presence and creates a space where you can truly let go. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to release tension, unwind and give their nervous system a chance to reset.

A truly beautiful and deeply healing experience. The fascia release and spinal attunement helped me release so much tension, and I walked out feeling incredibly light, grounded, and completely zen. Had a really nice experience for my first time trying Rewilding people St Albans, really cosy space with a very welcoming atmosphere. My first experience with reiki and breath work, left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. Will be looking into more of what they offer!
