I had a wonderful Elemental Sculpt Massage as a gift. The treatment room is beautiful I relaxed as soon as I entered the room. The Massage was amazing my whole body now has more space. Thank you

Absolutely 5 stars. The more I learned about the benefits of lymphatic drainage the more I wanted to include this in my treatments. I found Laura as she has a background in anatomy and personal training which meant she fully understood the body with a depth of knowledge most don’t have! I opted for the sculpt 70min treatment. The treatment was very relaxing and was able to switch off. Laura talked me through the treatment before we started so I knew what to expect. Afterwards I felt lighter and just an overwhelming sense of wellness! The next morning I could see my upper abs again and my husband said my legs looked good straight after the treatment. Two days later I feel clearer and it was the boost I needed as I’d started to feel sluggish and puffy. I’m thrilled with the results and know that a course of them will boost results over time! Laura is very passionate about health and wellbeing focussing on real results, she’s extremely professional and I’ve already recommended her to others! Just about to book my nextt session!

I had the ‘January reset’ with Laura and I could not recommend it/her services enough! I felt instantly at ease, Laura is very knowledgeable and talked me through what the facial massage would include. The back neck and shoulder massage is 100% going to become a staple for me, I feel fab!

I’ve been to Laura for a few treatments now, including massages, facials, and stretching. She talks you through each treatment and really focuses on the areas you need. The studio is very well set up and clean, and the bed is always arranged for maximum comfort depending on the treatment. I would definitely recommend!

I had a back/neck massage and facial with Laura at SaltHQ and it was amazing. She was incredibly relaxing, professional and very knowledgeable. She took the time to explain everything and gave me helpful advice for my skin concerns. I left feeling refreshed and cared for. Highly recommend Laura if you’re looking for a great treatment.
