By booking with me, you agree to the following terms and conditions: General Policies 1. Booking Confirmation • All appointments must be confirmed at the time of booking. A valid method of payment may be required to secure your appointment. 2. Client Responsibility • Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Arriving late may reduce your session time, as appointments will conclude at the originally scheduled end time to respect other clients’ bookings. 3. Health Considerations • Clients are responsible for notifying the practitioner of any medical conditions, allergies, or concerns prior to the session. This ensures your experience is safe and tailored to your needs. Cancellation Policy I understand that life happens, and schedules may change. However, to respect my time and other clients, the following cancellation policy applies: 1. Notice Requirement • Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. 2. Late Cancellations or No-Shows • If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, or fail to attend your appointment, 50% of the total booking fee will be charged. 3. Refunds for Prepaid Services • For prepaid packages or gift cards, the cancellation fee will be deducted from the total remaining balance. 4. Exceptional Circumstances • I understand emergencies may arise. Please contact me promptly if you need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, and I will evaluate waiving the fee on a case-by-case basis. Privacy and Confidentiality I am committed to protecting your privacy. All personal and health information provided will remain confidential and used solely for the purpose of delivering safe and effective services. Right to Refuse Service I reserve the right to refuse service to clients who fail to adhere to these terms, demonstrate inappropriate behavior, or have contraindications to receiving treatments.
