Hi, I’m Samantha, the founder and educator behind Salvina Anne Hair Extensions — a name that represents strength, growth, and everything I’ve poured my heart into. My passion for hair began when I first got extensions at sixteen. I instantly fell in love with how they made me feel — confident, feminine, and complete. But I also realised something important: most clients weren’t being fully educated on the different methods, maintenance, or proper aftercare. That discovery sparked my mission to do things differently. Since I was seventeen, I’ve personally struggled with slow hair growth, so I know exactly how it feels to want long, healthy, beautiful hair that still feels like your own. That personal journey inspired me to create a space where women could feel educated, cared for, and genuinely understood. At Salvina Anne Hair Extensions, I specialise in luxury Weft and Tape methods, offering a tailored experience that’s one-on-one, relaxed, and built on trust. Every detail matters — from the consultation to the final blend — because your confidence is at the heart of what I do. Beyond my client work, I’m passionate about training students who are eager to master the art of hair extensions. Through my Signature Training Programs, I teach hands-on techniques, product knowledge, and the professional standards that define the Salvina Anne approach — helping the next generation of stylists build confidence and skill. Policies & Procedures
Please take a moment to review before your appointment.
PAYMENTS • All payments for Hair Extensions must be paid in full before extensions can be ordered. • Remaining service balance must be paid on the day of service. • All services are non-refundable.
BOOKINGS & CANCELLATIONS • Cancellations or reschedules must be made with at least 48 hours' notice. • Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes may need to be rescheduled.
HAIR EXTENSIONS • All Hair Extensions are non-refundable once installed or ordered. • Any issues must be addressed at the time of service. • Any slipping or significant dropping of extensions can be fixed within 1 week of installation or maintenance, free of charge. • Any concerns after this period will be reviewed at your next scheduled maintenance appointment.
MAINTENANCE & AFTERCARE • Clients must follow the recommended aftercare to ensure the longevity of their extensions. • Incorrect maintenance or the use of unapproved products may void any complimentary fixes or warranties. • Regular maintenance appointments are essential to keep extensions secure, healthy, and looking their best.
GENERAL ETIQUETTE • Please arrive with clean, dry hair free of product buildup. • Respectful communication and punctuality are appreciated to ensure a smooth experience for all clients.
