Signature Ink Clinic – Brow Club Terms & Conditions - • Membership & Payments Brow Club is a 12-month membership plan Payments must be made by standing order on the 1st of each month Membership is based on 12 consecutive monthly payments and cannot be paused or carried over Missed or late payments may result in your membership being suspended or cancelled • Treatments Included Treatments within each package must be booked and used within the 12-month membership period Treatments cannot be transferred, refunded, or exchanged for cash or other services Appointments are subject to availability, and it is the client’s responsibility to book in advance • Patch Test Policy A patch test is required at least 48 hours before Brow Wax and Tint • Eligibility You must be 18+ for all PMU treatments PMU treatments cannot be carried out if you are pregnant or breastfeeding • Deposits & Booking Policy A 20% deposit is required when booking any additional treatments outside of the Brow Club package All deposits are non-refundable • Late & Cancellation Policy Please arrive on time for appointments. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled and could result in a charge If you need to reschedule, please provide as much notice as possible. In the unlikely event that Signature Ink Clinic needs to reschedule, your deposit/payment will be transferred to your new appointment • Treatment Requirements Clients must follow all Prep & Aftercare instructions provided to achieve the best results Consent forms must be completed truthfully and in full before treatment • Membership Cancellation By signing up, you are committing to a 12-month contract Early cancellation is not permitted unless agreed at the discretion of Signature Ink Clinic
