Terms and Conditions

• YOU MUST be 18 + for all SPMU & Tattoo treatments • For SPMU treatments, YOU MUST NOT be pregnant or breastfeeding. • PATCH TEST POLICY: A patch test is REQUIRED 48 hours before brow treatments. This includes Brow Wax & Tint/ Hybrid Tint and Lamination • DEPOSIT POLICY: A 20% deposit will be taken upon booking of all treatments - ALL deposits are non refundable. Remainder of the treatment cost will be will be required on the day of your appointment. You can pay Cash/ Bank Transfer or via payment link. Please ensure you bring the correct amount of cash. • Late & Cancellation Policy: Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be cancelled and a 50% fee may apply • If you need to cancel or reschedule, a minimum of 48–72 hours notice is required • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will be charged 100% of the appointment cost • In the unlikely event of me rescheduling your appointment, your deposit will be transferred to the rescheduled appointment. • MANDATORY to follow Prep & Aftercare leaflet, to achieve the best results. • Ensure all consent forms are filled out honestly before treatment.
