Please note that bridal styling services are exclusive to existing clients with whom I have an established relationship.
This ensures a personalised, trusted experience where your hair is understood and cared for in detail.
Deposits & Booking • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your wedding date. • Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit is paid and a signed agreement is submitted. • Bridal trials can be booked separately but do not reserve your wedding date.
Payments • Final balances are due 14 days before the wedding date via bank transfer or payment link. • Bridal party services must be included in the final invoice and paid by the main client. • Individual payments from bridal party members are not accepted unless arranged in advance.
Cancellations & Rescheduling • Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event: deposit retained, no additional charges. • Cancellations made 15 - 29 days before the event: 50% of the total quoted fee is due. • Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event: 100% of the total quoted fee is due. • Trial reschedules require at least 48 hours’ notice or a £40 fee will apply.
Travel & Early Start • Travel beyond 10 miles is charged at £0.50 per mile (round trip). • Early start fees apply for any service before 7:00 AM at £30 per early hour. • Overnight accommodation may be required for long-distance or destination weddings.
On-the-Day Preparation • All clients must arrive or be ready with clean, dry, and fully detangled hair. • Delays caused by unprepared clients may impact timing and are non-refundable.
Health & Safety • Please disclose any allergies, sensitivities, or scalp conditions prior to services. • Services may be refused in cases of contagious conditions or unsafe hygiene.
Photography & Content • We may take photos/videos of your hair styling for marketing purposes. • You may opt out of photo use by providing written notice in advance.
Communication • Bridal correspondence is answered Monday to Friday. • Please allow up to 48 hours for a response during peak wedding season. • Final wedding day schedule will be confirmed one week before the event.
