• Avoid exfoliation, retinol, or active ingredients for 48 hours
• Avoid heat, steam, sauna, and intense exercise for 24 hours
• Apply SPF daily

• Expect mild warmth or redness that usually settles quickly
• Do not scrub or over-cleanse the skin
• Keep skincare minimal and calming
• SPF is essential
• Do not apply makeup for 24–48 hours
• Avoid retinol, acids, vitamin A, scrubs, or exfoliants for 7 days
• Expect dryness or light peeling (do not pick)
• Avoid sun exposure, heat, and sweating for 7 days
• Use only soothing, barrier-repair products
• SPF must be worn daily
