1. BOOKINGS & RESERVATION FEES
A £20 non-reundable reservation fee is required to secure your appointment.
• The reservation fee is credited towards your treatment on the day.
• If the reservation fee is not received within 48 hours, the appointment will be automatically cancelled.
• Reservation fees are non-refundable.

2. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
We kindly ask that you respect appointment times, as slots are limited.
• Cancellations or reschedules made within 48 hours of the appointment will incur a 50% charge of the treatment value.
• Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the treatment value.
• Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in restricted or blocked future bookings.

3. LATENESS
Please arrive on time to ensure you receive the full experience.
• Arrivals 10 minutes late will incur a £10 late fee.
• Arrivals 15-£20 minutes late will incur a £15 late fee.
• Arrivals 20 minutes or more late will be considered a cancellation and charged in line with the cancellation policy.
• Where possible, treatment time may be adjusted to accommodate late arrivals.

4. PACKAGES & COURSES
All treatment packages are sold at a discounted rate in exchange for commitment to completing the course.
• Packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Sessions must be used within the stated validity period:
• 3-session packages: within 3 months
• 6-session packages: within 6 months
• Missed appointments or late cancellations count as one session used.
• Sessions cannot be exchanged for alternative treatments or services.

By booking, you confirm that:

Treatments may be modified or declined if deemed unsuitable for your skin at the time of your appointment.

8. UNDER 18 POLICY
Clients under the age of 18 require written parental or guardian consent prior to any treatment.

For insurance, safety, and privacy reasons, additional guests are not permitted at appointments.

10. PARKING & TRAVEL
Free street parking is available; no permit is required.
Clients are responsible for checking signage and restrictions.
SKINLAVILLE is not liable for parking fines or penalties.

SKINLAVILLE reserves the right to refuse or discontinue treatment where professional boundaries, safety, or mutual respect are compromised.

When paying by card or Apple Pay, a small service fee will be applied to cover payment processing costs charged by our payment provider. Manual bank transfers are fee-free.
Please note that American Express (AMEX) and international cards may incur higher processing fees, which may not be fully covered by the service fee.
For high-value packages or treatment plans, the remaining balance will need to be paid via bank transfer or cash only.
