PRE-CARE INSTRUCTIONS

For Advanced Circadia Treatments (Oxygen Rx, Lactic Peel, MandelicClear Peel, Alpha Beta Peel, Enzyme Peel, C2O2, Salmon DNA, Exosomes)

To ensure safe, effective results and reduce the risk of irritation or complications, please follow these guidelines 7–14 days prior to your treatment unless otherwise directed:

Avoid the Following:

❌ Retinol / Retinoids (including prescription and OTC)

❌ Exfoliants (AHA, BHA, scrubs, enzymes)

❌ Benzoyl peroxide

❌ Waxing, threading, or depilatory creams on the treatment area

❌ Laser, IPL, or microneedling

❌ Chemical peels or resurfacing treatments

❌ Prolonged sun exposure or tanning beds

❌ Self-tanners on the treatment area

Medication & Health Disclosures:

Please inform us if you:

• Are pregnant or nursing
• Have taken Accutane (Isotretinoin) within the past 6–12 months
• Are using topical or oral acne medications
• Have a history of cold sores (antiviral may be recommended)
• Have active skin infections, open lesions, or sunburn
• Have allergies, compromised barrier, or sensitive skin conditions

Day of Treatment:

• Arrive with clean skin (no makeup)
• Avoid excessive caffeine or alcohol
• Men: shave at least 24 hours prior
