1. Appointments: • All appointments must be booked in advance via the website or WhatsApp. • A confirmation message will be sent upon booking. If you do not receive confirmation, please contact me directly. • Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time to avoid disrupting other bookings. 2. Patch Testing: • A patch test is required for all new clients at least 24-48 hours before certain treatments, such as HD Brows, lash tint, or brow tint. • Treatments will not proceed without a completed patch test, even if you have had similar treatments elsewhere. 3. Cancellations and Rescheduling: • Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. • Cancellations within 48 hours may result in a charge of 50% of the treatment cost. • No-shows/same day cancellations will be charged the full treatment cost. 4. Payment: • Payment is due at the time of the appointment. • Accepted payment methods include cash, card, or bank transfer. • Deposits may be required for certain treatments or peak times. 5. Refunds and Re-Treatments: • Treatments are non-refundable once completed. • If you are dissatisfied with your treatment, please contact me within 48 hours to discuss a solution. • I will potentially offer a complimentary re-treatment if an issue arises due to a fault on my part. 6. Client Responsibilities: • Please ensure you have clean skin, free from makeup, oils, or lotions for treatments such as spray tans, HD Brows, and lash lifts. • Inform me of any medical conditions, skin sensitivities, or recent changes in health that may affect your treatment. • Follow the aftercare advice provided to ensure the best results. 7. Health and Safety: • I reserve the right to refuse treatment if there are any health concerns, including infections, rashes, or other contraindications. • Clients under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, with written consent provided for treatments. 8. Mobile Service Conditions: • Please ensure adequate space and lighting is available for mobile treatments. • Pets must be kept away from the treatment area for hygiene reasons. 9. Privacy Policy: • All personal information collected during consultations is kept strictly confidential and used only for treatment purposes. 10. Changes to Terms and Conditions: • I reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be informed of any changes.
