My name is Sarah, and I am a fully qualified complementary therapist dedicated to nurturing the mind, body, and soul. My journey into holistic therapy began as a personal and understanding the profound impact of stress on our bodies, I sought ways to restore balance and well-being in my own life. This led me to explore various therapies, and I became passionate about sharing these healing practices with others.

At SoulKin Holistics, I focus on supporting the nervous system, whether you are feeling unwell, coping with chronic illness, or dealing with muscle tension. I offer a diverse range of therapies, including lymphatic drainage, Reiki healing, reflexology, deep tissue massage and various others. Each treatment is tailored to your unique needs, beginning with an in-depth consultation to understand your individual circumstances and goals.

I believe in a holistic approach to healing that integrates traditional methods with modern techniques. My work emphasises the importance of Qi (vital energy), harmonising the mind, body, and soul.

In my sessions, I also incorporate meditation and breathwork to deepen your relaxation experience. The soothing sounds of the heart chakra crystal sound bowl enhance the healing atmosphere, creating a serene environment where you can fully unwind.
