Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the booking fee.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the booking fee.

Appointment Confirmation

All appointments must be confirmed at least 48 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees.

Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule their appointments without penalty if done more than 48 hours in advance. Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours will be subject to the cancellation policy.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late to your appointment, the treatment time may be reduced. The full booking fee will still apply.

Payment

Payment is required at the time of the appointment. Acceptable payment methods will be provided at the time of booking.
