Hydration is Essential
Please drink plenty of water within the next 24–48 hours following your massage.
Massage increases circulation and stimulates the lymphatic system, which helps the body remove metabolic waste. Staying hydrated supports this natural detoxification process and can help reduce post-treatment soreness or fatigue.
Take an Epsom Salt Bath (Highly Recommended)
To further support muscle recovery and relaxation:
Epsom salt contains magnesium sulfate, which may help to ease muscle tension, reduce inflammation, and promote overall relaxation following your massage treatment.
Rest and Recover
Your body has undergone therapeutic manipulation of soft tissues and may require time to adjust.
For the next 12–24 hours, it is advised that you:
Post-Treatment Soreness
It is normal to experience mild soreness or tenderness after your massage, particularly following deep tissue or sports massage treatments.
This sensation is similar to post-exercise muscle soreness and should subside within 24–72 hours.
