Sparadise Massage Spa was created with a simple mission to support those living with chronic pain, autoimmune illnesses, stress, and daily overwhelm.

We provide personalised massage treatments in a calm, safe space where you can pause, feel heard, and reconnect with your body.

Our founder Fousiya, a massage therapist with 15 years experience and autoimmune illness warrior, Sparadise was built from lived experience. After navigating chronic pain and life-changing health challenges, she understands firsthand the importance of compassionate, intentional care.
