This was my first ever massage and I chose the lymphatic massage, I’m so glad I did! The therapist made me feel completely comfortable from the moment I arrived, which really helped settle any nerves. I was a bit nervous about undressing at first, but I felt comfortable and at ease throughout the entire session. I didn’t realise how much I needed it until afterwards, I felt so much lighter and more relaxed. We also had such a lovely conversation, it honestly felt like a mini therapy session as well as a treatment. Having my neck realigned was definitely the best part! The therapist was so kind and welcoming throughout. I’d definitely recommend, especially if it’s your first time, and I’ll definitely be coming back!

I had a truly wonderful experience and couldn’t recommend Fozzy more highly. From the moment I arrived, without knowing her she made me feel completely at ease with her warm and caring manner. She truly loves what she does and you can feel it immediately. Her professionalism is outstanding, and it’s clear that she genuinely cares about the wellbeing of the people she treats. The massage itself was exceptional therapeutic — and she took great care to understand exactly what I needed. Even though I initially had another type of massage in mind, she seemed to instinctively understand what my body actually needed. It was almost as if she could listen to the body itself and respond in the most thoughtful way. Her approach felt deeply respectful, as though she truly honours the body as the temple that it is. Omg! Best experience ever. I have been suffering with pain in my left hip to the point it hurt to get up, If I sit for too long. I had left shoulder pain which felt like in went through to my chest. I had had 3 massages before coming to Fousiya and none of them gave the level of relief she did! I booked the autoimmune package and my god it was worth it!. I Even got my neck realigned. I will defo be coming again. She is super attentative, gave great aftercare advise and checked up on me after. Would recommend 👌
