At SPRAYBAE, we understand that plans can change. To ensure appointment availability is managed fairly for all clients, the following booking and cancellation policy applies to all appointments.
Appointment Amendments & Cancellations
Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge when more than 48 hours’ notice is provided before the scheduled appointment time.
Card Details & Payment Authorisation
To secure your appointment, card details will be requested and securely stored at the time of booking.
No payment will be taken when your booking is confirmed. Your card will only be charged if a cancellation, amendment, or non-attendance falls within the chargeable periods outlined in this policy.
By providing your card details and confirming your booking, you authorise SPRAYBAE to process any applicable cancellation or non-attendance fees in accordance with these terms.
Agreement to Terms
By making a booking with SPRAYBAE, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Booking & Cancellation Policy.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. These policies help protect appointment availability and allow us to continue providing the highest standard of service to all SPRAYBAE clients.
To achieve the best possible results, clients are required to follow all pre-treatment preparation and post-treatment aftercare advice provided by SPRAYBAE.
We cannot guarantee results where preparation or aftercare instructions have not been followed. This includes, but is not limited to, issues such as uneven development, patchiness, streaking, premature fading, staining, or any other outcome that may be affected by a client’s failure to adhere to the recommended guidance.
By booking and receiving a spray tan treatment, clients acknowledge that they are responsible for following all preparation and aftercare instructions provided. SPRAYBAE accepts no liability for any dissatisfaction with the treatment result where such instructions have not been followed.
