Appointments can be booked online through Solo or by contacting Still & Solace directly.

Please arrive on time for your appointment to allow the full duration of your treatment. Late arrival may result in a shorter treatment to avoid delaying other clients.

Cancellation Policy

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments without notice, may be charged up to 100% of the treatment fee.

Payments

Payment is due at the time of your appointment unless paid in advance through the online booking system.

Gift vouchers must be presented at the time of your appointment.

Health & Medical Information

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date health information during the consultation process.

Please inform me of any changes to your health, medications, pregnancy, injuries or medical conditions before every appointment.

Some treatments may not be suitable for certain medical conditions. If I believe a treatment is not appropriate, I reserve the right to decline or modify the treatment in the interest of your safety.

Complementary Therapies

All treatments offered by Still & Solace are complementary therapies designed to support relaxation and overall wellbeing.

They are not intended to diagnose, prescribe, treat or cure any medical condition and should not replace advice or treatment from your GP or other qualified healthcare professional.

Confidentiality

All personal information, consultation forms and treatment notes are treated with strict confidentiality and stored securely in accordance with UK GDPR and data protection legislation.

Children & Young People

Clients under the age of 18 must have written consent from a parent or legal guardian. A parent or guardian may be required to remain present during the treatment.

Personal Belongings

Please take care of your personal belongings. Still & Solace cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to personal items.

Right to Refuse Treatment

Still & Solace reserves the right to refuse or discontinue treatment where it is considered unsafe, inappropriate, or where abusive, threatening or inappropriate behaviour is displayed.

Respect & Wellbeing

Still & Solace is committed to providing a safe, inclusive and respectful environment for every client. Any form of abusive, discriminatory or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in the immediate termination of treatment and refusal of future bookings.
