Meg has been so helpful with two different injuries I’ve had over the past year - a leg injury developed through running and a recurring neck injury which has been debilitating at points over the past 4 years. She has continually provided good advice and treatment over a number of sessions which has massively helped both injuries, and has seemingly been the only treatment which has helped my neck long-term.

Incredible Experience with Meg. Had a Grade 1 Soleus tear on left leg, meant I couldn’t run the marathon I had been training for. Was, for obviously reasons, very upset about this and Meg was great with motivating and explaining that with the right training and rehab that I’ll be back to it in no time. Couldn’t recommend enough! Already back and training for the next one thanks to her excellent plan.

I started seeing Meg when I broke my foot during a fitness competition. For weeks I didn’t bother to see anyone and tried to let it heel but nothing worked and only got stiffer and more painful. Meg made a brilliant plan and focused on exercises and rehab on my foot to increase mobility. I couldn’t extend or move my foot properly before starting the sessions. Movement improved drastically with the strength session Meg created! Each session I was able to improve and within 2 months I was back to running and more strenuous movements without any pain and stiffness. Meg was super flexible with my working hours and changed up the sessions where needed to fit my needs. She’s always so welcoming and makes you feel at ease in the sessions. Meg’s patience and adaptability has been above and beyond and I’m super grateful for her help and getting me back on track for my fitness goals!

I first went to see Meg after a lifting injury and she was absolutely brilliant. Super knowledgeable, really easy to talk to, and explained everything in a way that actually made sense. I felt good as new way quicker than I expected, and I honestly recommend her to everyone now. If you’re dealing with any kind of sports injury, or just need a once over - go see Meg — she’s the best!

I was put straight onto a rehab programme after initial assessment. I do 1-1 rehab with meg, using progressive exercises to help me in my recovery. The rehab programme has been very effective and easy to follow. Meg is absolutely wonderful, so kind and supportive and not once made me feel uncomfortable and is always happy to answer any questions! Without meg I wouldn’t be running again. The best in the business!

She has such a vast knowledge on sport injuries that she is able to go into great detail and pinpoint exactly what is wrong and making sure you understand it yourself. Meg has been amazing to work with! I’ve been training in Combat Sports for around 12 years so as you can imagine sustained some damage to the body. I’ve worked with many health professionals in the past to aid training with pre-hab/rehab. Meg has definitely been the best I’ve worked with. She’s super responsive and helpful which is always nice. I’ve also had the best recovery from injuries I’ve ever had. I believe this is due to the progressive nature of the rehabilitation that I haven’t experienced much else where. Would highly recommend to anyone!
