Meg is fantastic! She has helped me recover from 2 major injuries and countless other small ones. I’ve been seeing Meg for years, and I highly recommend her to anyone with an injury or in need of rehab as she the best in the business.

So lucky to be introduced to Meg. I’m a keen runner and sustained a knee injury last year. Meg got me to the start and finish of Lake Garda marathon. Seeing Meg makes so much sense. She is very thorough in her assessment and exercise treatment. I don’t limp anymore or wake in pain at night. Thanks to Meg I’m working on getting back to trail running and running pain free. ⭐⭐⭐

Started with Meg for an ankle issue during marathon training, which she fixed very quickly. After that we ended up doing the bulk of the work on a long running shoulder problem that was painful in the gym. She listened properly, took the time to understand the full picture, and built a phased plan that fitted around how I train. The exercise sheet she puts together is the best rehab resource I've used. Every exercise has cues, video demos, progression criteria and exit criteria, so I always knew where I was and what came next. She updates it as you go and planned it around my own training. Shoulder is in a much better place now, and she's set me up with a prehab routine to keep it that way. Couldn't recommend her more.

I have had a very positive experience with straton sports rehab. I suffered a bad injury to my hand which prevented me from doing my sport. Meg was knowledgeable, supportive and encouraging which gave me the help needed to get back to performance level. Louis Woodrow

Meg is FABULOUS. Super knowledgeable and always feel comfortable when having sessions with her. Rehab advice is amazing and she’s always there for follow up, questions or more advice.

Meg is amazing — friendly, professional, and really skilled. She made my knee rehab feel manageable. She explained everything clearly, tailored the exercises to my needs, always took the time to check in and adjust things as I progressed. She’s very knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely invested in helping you improve. I couldn’t ask for better treatment.

Meg has been so helpful with two different injuries I’ve had over the past year - a leg injury developed through running and a recurring neck injury which has been debilitating at points over the past 4 years. She has continually provided good advice and treatment over a number of sessions which has massively helped both injuries, and has seemingly been the only treatment which has helped my neck long-term.
