I am so delighted that I discovered The Hideaway. Amy was so welcoming, and the full body ritual massage was just incredible. As an athlete I have been looking for a therapist that mixes relaxation with deeper muscle work for the niggles and soreness that I pick up during sport, and to aid with my recovery and performance. Amy hit this balance perfectly. I have woken up this morning feeling like a different person, and I know that regular treatments will definitely increase my sports performance while also allowing me time to unwind and relax. I’ve been visiting Amy for around six months now and honestly couldn’t recommend her highly enough. This was my second back massage, and she has genuinely resolved back issues that even a physio I was seeing wasn’t able to fix. The Back & Face Reset was incredibly relaxing but also really effective. Amy clearly knows exactly what she’s doing and tailors the treatment to what your body actually needs. I always leave feeling calmer, lighter, and properly looked after. An absolute non-negotiable in my self-care routine now.

This was my second visit to Amy for a face and back reset. After my first appointment, I noticed a significant improvement in the tension in my shoulders, so I didn’t hesitate to book again. The treatment was completely relaxing, and Amy instantly makes you feel welcome and at ease. The facial was particularly lovely and easily the most relaxing part of the visit. What truly sets The Hideaway apart is the service Amy provides. There’s no hard sell or product narration, which I often find distracting during treatments.
