Terms & Bookings & Payments
• All treatments are by appointment only.
• A deposit will be required to secure your booking.
• Payments can be made online or via approved payment methods at the time of booking.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
• Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
• Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in the loss of your deposit or a cancellation fee.
• Missed appointments or “no-shows” will be charged in full.
• If you are running late, your treatment may be shortened to avoid affecting the next client’s appointment.
Health & Wellbeing
• Please complete the consultation form honestly and inform me of any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries before your treatment.
• Certain conditions may require adjustments to your treatment or medical clearance from your GP.
• If you feel unwell, have a contagious condition, or are experiencing COVID-like symptoms, please reschedule your appointment.
During Your Treatment
• This is a professional, therapeutic service — any inappropriate behaviour will result in the immediate termination of the session and full payment will still apply.
• Your comfort, modesty, and wellbeing are always prioritised.
Aftercare & Responsibility
• Aftercare advice will be provided following your treatment.
• Clients are responsible for following this advice to ensure the best results and to avoid any unwanted reactions.
Gift Vouchers & Offers
• Gift vouchers are non-refundable and valid for 12 months from the purchase date unless otherwise stated.
• Promotional offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or voucher.
Right to Refuse Service
• Treatments may be declined or rescheduled if it is deemed unsuitable or unsafe to proceed.
