Before you proceed with our services, please take a moment to carefully read and understand our terms and conditions. By booking an appointment for our services, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions: 1. Booking and Cancellation Policy: 1.1. Cancellation for Single Treatment: To cancel or reschedule a single treatment, you must notify us at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Failure to do so will result in a 50% charge of the total treatment cost. 1.2. Cancellation for Group Booking: For group bookings, including multiple clients or sessions, a minimum notice of 2 weeks is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Failing to provide this notice will result in a 50% charge of the total group booking cost. 2. Client Health and Safety: 2.1. Pregnancy: We do not provide treatments to clients who are in their first 12 weeks of pregnancy. It is your responsibility to inform us of your pregnancy status to ensure your safety during treatments. 2.2. Medical Issues: If you have any medical conditions, allergies, or other health concerns, it is your responsibility to disclose them to our staff before receiving any facial treatments. Failure to disclose relevant medical information will be at your own risk. 3. Late Arrivals: 3.1. We value your time as well as the time of our other guests. If you arrive late for your appointment, we may need to reduce the duration of your treatment to ensure that we stay on schedule for the next guest. 4. Payment: 4.1. Full payment for services is required at the time of booking. We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and cash. 5. General Conduct: 5.1. We expect all clients to conduct themselves in a respectful and appropriate manner while at The Skin Space. Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in the termination of your treatment, and you may be asked to leave the premises. 6. Liability: 6.1. The Skin Space is committed to providing high-quality services. However, we shall not be liable for any adverse reactions, injuries, or complications that may arise from the treatments, especially if you have not disclosed relevant medical information. 7. Jewelry and Personal Belongings: 7.1. Please take care of your personal belongings, including jewelry, during your visit. The Skin Space shall not be held responsible for any lost or stolen items during your time at our facility. We recommend leaving valuable items at home or securing them in a safe location during your visit. 8. Parking and Vehicle Security: 8.1. Parking is available directly outside for clients. However, vehicles are parked at the owner's risk. The Skin Space is not responsible for any damage, theft, or vandalism that may occur to vehicles while parked on our premises.
