Had excellent advice from Emily about a few dark pigmentation spots . She clearly explained the process and that you may require more than one treatment. Was reassuring that I had to complete the medical forms before any treatment began . In total I have had 3 sessions and am very pleased with the outcome. Wouldn’t hesitate to go for further analysis if I had anymore concerns.

My first time waxing and had I known how professional, friendly and efficient Elaine was, with her touch of humour here and there, then I would have taken the plunge and visited her salon a long time ago. Her knowledge and experience was plain to see and she was only too willing to go off tangent to explain any nursing questions I had which was a bonus for my visit.. My session with her was seamless and faultless and in a funny way I was sorry to see it ending. She has a range of treatments and several caught my eye for the future.I will definitely be returning. Elaine should be congratulated for setting up this business in Cemaes Bay'
