I can’t recommend Carina at The Cocoon Room. I went to see her today for The Vagus Nerve Reset Therapy and it was incredible. Carina knew exactly what I needed before we’d even gotten into the massage and understood how I was feeling (even better than I did myself!). The massage itself worked wonders for my energy and released so much tension that I left feeling lighter than I have in a very long time. I’ve felt so much better in myself this afternoon and have already booked to see Carina for another session. If you’ve been thinking about booking, just do it. You won’t regret it.

My daughter enjoyed a wonderful treatment at The Cocoon Room and my wife thought it might be good for me. Well, what a fabulous experience, I had the men’s reset and I certainly found it to be relaxing and refreshing. So many different types of pressure and brushing on my head along with the ‘halo’ gently spraying water. Lots of oils and lotions, I left feeling calm and relaxed and my wife said I smelt lovely. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience and look forward to another visit.

It's quite hard to explain just how amazing it feels to visit Carina! This is not just a massage. It's like you're there, cocooned in the present moment, aware of the sounds and the touch, but nothing else. All other thoughts vanish and you're suspended in a bubble of calm and tranquility. It's like a re-set for body and mind. 100% recommend giving it a try!
