Ive been wanting to try a Japanese headspa for over a year and finally got round to booking one. So glad I chose the Cocoon Room. The room was clean, comfortable and decorated beautifully. It had such a calming atmosphere with relaxing sounds and lovely smells - these enhanced the experience. Carina was super friendly and very knowledgeable. She explained everything first so that during the experience I could totally relax and I definitely did!! I had such a relaxing experience that I felt I was sinking into the bed, it was just so wonderful. After having a baby this was just the pamper session I needed. Im already looking forward to booking to go again. Highly recommend

I really can't recommend Carina enough, after another school holiday and not getting 5 minutes away I decided to book a Scratch & Skim session. The second I walked through the door Carina made me feel so at ease and comfortable. The treatment itself is amazing, I had full body tingles the entire time and really had to fight not to fall asleep 😅. The bed is soo comfortable and the room is gorgeous. I've already booked my next one and can't wait. Thankyou Carina x

I had been looking online at Japanese Head Spas for a while and wasn’t sure if they were really worth the hype… But they are and so much more!! Honestly this was the most incredible experience I have ever had. The whole treatment was wonderful, and I truly felt like I walked out on cloud nine. Carina went above and beyond to make sure that I felt pampered and cared for, she talked me through the whole process beforehand so I could completely relax and soak up the treatment. Thank you so much Carina! I can’t wait to be back!

If you are thinking of booking a treatment at THE COCOON ROOM Do not hesitate! After my treatment yesterday I felt amazing. As a suffer of fibromyalgia I was a bit concerned as I’m very sensitive to touch, but I had the ASMR Light Touch massage… Carina was very understanding & gentle. I will be booking my next treatment very soon. I highly recommend Carina at the ‘Cocoon Room’.

Wasn't sure what to expect but this was amazing and already booked to go back Carina really knows her stuff and fully explained the whole process before. I really cant recommend giving this a go enough. You rwill come out feeling like a weight has been lifted

Just had an amazing treatment in the Cocoon room. I had never had a Japanese head spa before, and it was amazing. Would definitely recommend, its more than just your head, its so calming and healing. Carina was so professional and informative, I was completely at ease. It was a real treat and will definitely recommend and rebook. You float out of there after, it was divine.

Carina is honestly incredible. I can’t even put into words how much this time means to me. As a busy mum of six children on the spectrum, life is full on and I very rarely get a moment just for me… but this hour feels like complete escape, like I can finally breathe again. From the moment I walk in, I feel safe, cared for, and completely at ease. Whether I need to talk because my mind is racing, or I finally drift off and just let go, Carina understands me without me even having to explain. That alone means so much to me. When I leave, I feel like a different person, lighter, calmer, like the weight I carry every day has been gently lifted. The tension in my head and shoulders just melts away, and for a little while, everything feels okay again. I’m so, so grateful I found her. This isn’t just a treatment, it’s something I truly need. If i could i would be there weekly. I recommend her with my whole heart!! You will not be disappointed. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

I had my first visit to the Cocoon room today and my only regret is that I didn't do this sooner! it was truly an amazingly relaxing experience. From the moment you enter the treatment room you are immersed into a calming bubble of care. The sounds, smells, water, steam, touch and overall ambience ensure that no matter what baggage you arrive with, you leave lighter. I urge you to go, it's brilliant.
