Oh my goodness, I had the most amazing healing head spa - I completely zoned out and I felt the weight had lifted. So now it’s 5 days later, and my hair is still feeling so healthy, soft and has the most fabulous shine. I would definitely recommend and will be revisiting again very soon.

Carina is a healer. The room she has created brings relief from the moment you step inside. She intuitively knows what you need but don't think this is gently therapy! She's a great listener but won't sugarcoat any words you need to hear. I've had several treatments over a few visits & they'll all felt amazing, during & afterwards. But most recently when I was having a real life wobble & knew I needed 'something' to reset myself, she fit me into her very full bookings list & after just one hour of talk & massage, I left a different person. And that night I slept 7 hours straight for the first time in months. I now book well ahead to ensure I get my healing time - it's an essential for surviving modern life, not a 'nice to have'. If you're at all stressed & can't relax, if life is constantly on & you can't switch off, The Cocoon Room is where you need to go.

Had a wonderfully relaxing Japanese head spa yesterday. A lovely relaxing room. Carina explained the process at the beginning so I knew exactly what to expect. I had the 1h15 treatment…which included facial massage and hand/arm massage. So much attention to detail. I left feeling refreshed, de-stressed, and with my hair feeling amazingly clean. Highly recommend.

Yesterday I was treated to a Japanese headspa treatment at The Cocoon Room, I was excited but also I had absolutely no idea what to expect, but what a treat it was! I was given a warm welcome from Carina and was shown into The Cocoon Room. My first impression was that I have never been in such an enticing treatment room, it was beautifully decorated in the most relaxing way, a lot of thought had obviously been put into making it a very calming space. We had a consultation, and Carina talked me through the process step by step, explaining what to expect and the benefits of the treatment. I can honestly say that was the most deeply relaxing treatment I have ever had, I didn’t want it to end. As the session came to a close and Carina bought me back to a state of awareness I felt so calm and peaceful. Afterwards we talked about the central nervous system, of which previously I had had little knowledge of. I can’t recommend the experience highly enough, and feel blessed to have met Carina. I walked away feeling like a completely different person, it gave me total relaxation and I’m still on a high from it today,

Ive been wanting to try a Japanese headspa for over a year and finally got round to booking one. So glad I chose the Cocoon Room. The room was clean, comfortable and decorated beautifully. It had such a calming atmosphere with relaxing sounds and lovely smells - these enhanced the experience. Carina was super friendly and very knowledgeable. She explained everything first so that during the experience I could totally relax and I definitely did!! I had such a relaxing experience that I felt I was sinking into the bed, it was just so wonderful. After having a baby this was just the pamper session I needed. Im already looking forward to booking to go again. Highly recommend

I really can't recommend Carina enough, after another school holiday and not getting 5 minutes away I decided to book a Scratch & Skim session. The second I walked through the door Carina made me feel so at ease and comfortable. The treatment itself is amazing, I had full body tingles the entire time and really had to fight not to fall asleep 😅. The bed is soo comfortable and the room is gorgeous. I've already booked my next one and can't wait. Thankyou Carina x
