Just a few important things to know before your appointment, so everything runs smoothly and you get the best possible experience:

• Hair Extensions

I’m unable to carry out treatments on clients with hair extensions fitted. The treatments are very scalp intensive and can cause matting or tension at the root.

• Pregnancy

Unfortunately, I’m unable to treat anyone who is over 16 weeks pregnant.

• Jewellery

Please arrive with all jewellery removed, including necklaces, earrings, and bracelets, as these can interfere with the treatment.

• Consultation Form

All clients must complete the consultation form prior to their appointment. This ensures your treatment is tailored safely and effectively to you.

• Deposit

A £25 deposit is required to secure your appointment. This is deducted from your treatment on the day.
