Every single experience here is nothing short of amazing, but more importantly, it is the one place where I feel truly safe and completely relaxed from the moment I walk in until the moment I leave. The studio at Sugar Close is beautiful—it’s not just well kept, it feels like a warm, cozy hug. The atmosphere, combined with that divine smell that always greets you, instantly dissolves the stress of the outside world. I’m a regular because this isn’t just a 'hair appointment' to me; it is my lifeline. Whenever I feel overwhelmed by the busyness of life or just need a quiet breather to reset, I know I can book here. Nic is the loveliest, most genuine soul I’ve ever met in the industry. She isn’t just doing a job; she cares deeply. I am so grateful for how she always manages to fit me in, even on Sundays—which are honestly my favourite days to visit. It has been such a joy to watch this business grow and evolve. Nic, you pour so much heart into what you do, and you deserve every bit of success coming your way. Thank you for being my safe space.

I would thoroughly recommend ‘the gentle reset experience’ which I experienced today for the first time. I felt completely calm & relaxed throughout. The treatment involved very gentle touching on my back , shoulders & arms and hair play all over my scalp. Along with aromatherapy smells, gentle music & sounds, it’s a completely different experience to a massage & I really would highly recommend it, I felt calm & relaxed for the rest of the day.

The experience was fantastic I felt so relaxed throughout the treatment and upon completion, it felt like the time flew by. Nicola was so welcoming and friendly and the set up in the room was comfortable and calming. I’ve never had had an experience before and would definitely do it again.

Had an amazing experience with Nicola. Cant believe how fast the the hour went. I found it one of the most peaceful treatments I’ve ever had. I will certainly be booking again and my hair feels so soft too.

I recently had my second ASMR head spa treatment with Nic at The Light Touch Collective, and it was absolutely divine. From the moment the appointment begins, you can feel the care and attention Nic puts into making sure you are completely comfortable and able to fully relax. Every little detail is considered. The temperature is always just right and the environment is calming. The treatment itself is truly stunning and so soothing; it’s one of those rare experiences where you can completely switch off and just enjoy the moment. Nic has a wonderful way of creating a peaceful, welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel genuinely looked after. I left feeling deeply relaxed and refreshed, and I can’t wait for my next visit. I recently visited the light touch collective to have the 3 in 1 treatment and had an amazing experience. I haven’t felt that relaxed for a long time and felt very welcomed. The room, lights and scents made the room very calm and soothing Would highly recommend a visit and I will definitely be back! Thank you so much

Come away feeling very relaxed. She was very attentive and made sure I was comfortable and warm enough.The setting was pretty and relaxing which made the whole experience very enjoyable.Would highly recommend.

This was my first experience of a Scalp Spa so I wasn’t too sure what to expect but the treatment was throughly relaxing and enjoyable, I even drifted off for a moment. The products used smelt amazing and my hair feels gorgeous now. Nic was so very welcoming and professional throughout the treatment and I’ll definitely be back.
