As an ASMR therapist (Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response) I focus on creating and using various sounds, pleasant smells, sensory lighting and therapeutic touch to induce a deeply relaxing, tingling sensation originating in the scalp and neck which can spread to the rest of the body. These techniques along with our luxurious head spa induce a feeling of inner peace, with some of my clients describing the feeling as; “being in touch with my senses”, “my brain was able to completely switch off” and “I feel like my brain has been reset”. This practice is primarily used to help with relaxation, stress relief, improved general wellbeing, anxiety and depression and sleep improvement.

I integrate mindfulness and breathing techniques into my practice to offer a more comprehensive approach to wellness.

ASMR therapy is a relatively new and niche field, with many practitioners self-trained through personal experience and community feedback. As a registered nurse I am always keeping up to date ensuring I am offfering evidence based practice. I keep myself informed about new research and developments in the field to offer the most effective and safe services to my clients.

I also welcome feedback from my clients to enable me to continue to offer the best possible service.

Gift Voucher Policy Update

To ensure smooth running of appointments and accurate scheduling, all gift vouchers must be declared at the time of booking.

Gift vouchers are issued as e-vouchers with a unique code and should be applied when booking your appointment.

Any vouchers not declared in advance may require the full balance to be paid on the day, with the voucher remaining valid for a future booking.

✨ Booking Policy ✨

At The Light Touch Collective, I want every client to feel relaxed and supported. To keep things fair and ensure smooth running of the diary, please take a moment to read through the booking terms beow:

💌 Booking Fee • A £10 non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your appointment. • Your appointment is not confirmed until this has been paid. The remaining balance is due on the day in cash.

⏰ Treatment Times & Punctuality • If you arrive late, your treatment will still finish at the scheduled time and be charged at the full price agreed at booking • Please let me know if you are running behind – where possible I’ll try to accommodate, but this may not always be available.

❌ Cancellations & Rescheduling • I kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. • With 48+ hours’ notice, your booking fee can be transferred to a new appointment. • If less than 48 hours’ notice is given, the full treatment cost will apply and any gift voucher will be forfeited. • If you don’t attend your appointment (no-show), the full treatment cost will apply, gift vouchers will be forfeited, and a new booking fee will be required to rebook. • Repeated no-shows may affect your ability to book future appointments.

🚪 Late Arrivals • A 15-minute grace period is offered. • If you arrive later than this, your treatment may not be able to go ahead, and the full treatment fee will apply. • A new booking fee will be required to rebook.

🎁 Gift Vouchers are:

• Non-refundable under any circumstances
• Redeemable on full-price treatments only
• vouchers must be declared upon booking, any vouchers revealed at the appointment to settle the balance without prior notice will not be accepted. However, they can be used at a future appointment.
• Not valid in conjunction with any offers, seasonal treatments, model slots, or discount codes
• Non exchangeable for cash
• Redeemable between the working hours of Monday to Wednesday 09:00-14:00 - treatment must end at 14:00) if treatments are booked with a gift voucher outside of these hours the booking request may be declined and you will need to pick an alternative time and date between the hours stipulated above
• If there is no availability shown it simply means I am fully booked, it is the voucher holders responsibility to be available on the dates available
• Gift vouchers are not currently redeemable at ‘The Lodge‘ location in Churchdown, they are only redeemable at our home based location in Abbeydale
• Expiry date – Valid for 12 months from purchase date
• Subject to availability. Please book in advance to avoid disappointment
• No change in cash can be given

🌸 Special Notes • Female-only service. • treatments are not available during pregnancy. • Please attend your appointment alone – we do not have a waiting area for guests. • If you pay in full prior to your appointment and cancel within 48 hours or do not attend, your payment will not be refundable.

🌸 My treatment room is home based.

CASH is preferred method of payment Bank transfer and card payments accepted

At your appointment I will come and let you in, we will then go through my lounge (my partner may or may not be home) to my treatment room.

This room is completely private with a black out blind and will just be me and you present.

I will give a brief overview view of the treatment, answer any questions you may have then I will leave the room to allow you modesty time and to get comfortable on the beauty bed/chair.

I don’t have a waiting room so I ask my clients to not bring any plus ones.

I have a cat, she does not go in the treatment room but just so you are aware in case of any allergies.

Timings on all treatments are approximate.

The most important… this is your time to relax, reset and regain your inner peace 💫
