How the 8-Week Nail Growth Programme works
The programme supports your natural-nail journey across approximately eight weeks, with three studio appointments at the beginning, around week three and around week six.
Appointment 1 – Consultation and structured hard-gel manicure
Your natural nails, lifestyle and growth goals are assessed.
Your appointment includes:
• Detailed Russian/Combi manicure and cuticle care
• Natural-nail preparation and shaping
• Structured hard-gel overlay tailored to your nails
• A natural finish or your choice of gel colour
• Starting photographs to document your progress
• Personalised home-care guidance
Appointment 2 – Scheduled approximately three weeks after your first appointment.
As your natural nails grow, the original structure moves forward and must be correctly maintained.
The existing hard gel is refined and rebalanced to restore the appropriate shape, strength and support. Your progress is assessed and photographed.
Appointment 3 – Scheduled approximately three weeks after your second appointment.
Your hard-gel structure is maintained again as your natural nails continue to grow.
Your starting photographs are compared with your current nails, and we discuss the most suitable maintenance plan for continuing your natural nail journey after the programme.

The £140 programme includes: • Three structured hard-gel appointments • Detailed Russian/Combi manicure care at every appointment • A natural finish or gel colour • Rebalancing at weeks three and six • Progress photographs • Personalised nail and cuticle-care guidance Advanced nail art, French tips, extensive repairs and maintenance required because of delayed appointments are not included. These may be booked separately where appropriate.
