Deposit: At Trulyou, a 50% Non-Refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. If the deposit is not paid within 4 hours of booking, your appointment may be automatically cancelled! If you do not wish to use the booking system, you can pay the deposit via bank transfer, or in person with cash. Please let me know your preferred payment method.

Appointments: Rescheduling and Cancellations: A minimum of 72 hours notice is required to reschedule or cancel your appointment- if it's a reschedule less than 72 hours a surcharge of £10 will be added into your next appointment total. Reschedules must be within 14 days from appointment day! If you cancel within or less than 72 hours of your appointment, 100% of the appointment fee is required.

No-Shows disrupt my schedule and prevent other clients from booking. If you miss your appointment without notice, you will be required to pay for the full amount of the missed appointment before booking future services. Please aim to arrive in time to your appointment – if you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be shortened or rescheduled and a late fee may apply. This ensures the next client’s appointment is not affected. For your first visit, please come in with bare nails and please complete the consultation form – this must be done at least 24h before your appointment to ensure your health and your nail health are properly considered. For the health and safety of all clients, please reschedule your appointment if you are feeling unwell, have a contagious condition or have experienced nail infection – if you arrive with any visible signs of a contagious condition, I might need to reschedule and you will be charged the full amount.

To maintain a relaxing atmosphere – please attend your appointment alone. If you need to discuss any special circumstances or make adjustments, feel free to reach out – I am happy to assist where possible!

Location & Parking: My booking system will send you all the necessary details on address and post code as well as reminders, but please let me know if you don’t receive these. There is flexible free parking on the street – there are no restrictions, just please be mindful and don’t block anyone in.
