Makeup appointments: To optimize your appointment, please arrive without makeup, with your hair pulled back, and without facial jewellery. This allows for efficient service and necessary adjustments. Jewellery may be reapplied post-appointment. Please silence your phone. Kindly bring inspiration photos, outfit details, and accessories for colour coordination and look creation; a photo of your outfit will suffice.

Prior to commencing, I will request permission to take before-and-after photos for advertising and educational use on social media platforms only. Open communication is encouraged. Please voice any concerns or desired changes immediately to ensure your complete satisfaction.

Please be advised that only clients with scheduled appointments may be present. Appointments may be cancelled if this policy is not followed.

Spray tanning : Exfoliate 24 Hours Prior: Use a non-oily scrub to remove dead skin cells. Focus on dry areas like knees, elbows, ankles. Shave/Wax in Advance: Do it at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid skin irritation. Avoid Moisturizer, Perfume, and Deodorant: On the day of your appointment, keep your skin bare so the solution sticks evenly. Wear Loose, Dark Clothing: Tight clothes can rub off the tan. Avoid whites to prevent staining. Remove Makeup and Jewellery: Clean, bare skin allows for an even application. Plan Ahead: Avoid sweating, swimming, or showering for 8–12 hours afterward.

Please arrive promptly for your scheduled appointment. My schedule is carefully managed to ensure timely service for all clients.

Hair appointment : Please arrive for your appointment with freshly washed, naturally dried hair. Avoid using heat styling tools, as this may limit styling options.

Prior to your appointment, please inform me of any product allergies or if you require hair accessories (available at an additional cost).

Please bring any inspirational images; we will discuss possibilities and make necessary adjustments based on your hair's thickness, length, and colour.

All updos for special occasions, such as proms and weddings, require a trial run.

Please note that my prom services require bookings for both hair and makeup.

Body massage requirements: Preparing for a body massage ensures a comfortable and beneficial experience. Loose, comfortable clothing is recommended for ease of movement and relaxation. Valuables should be securely stored prior to the session. Hydration is key, so drink plenty of water before and after the massage. Communicate any health concerns or specific areas of focus to the massage therapist. Avoid eating a heavy meal immediately before the massage. Arrive a few minutes early to complete any necessary paperwork and allow yourself time to unwind. Electronic devices should be silenced to maintain a tranquil atmosphere.

Bridal booking requirements: A non-refundable 100% deposit is required to secure bridal bookings; however, a 50% deposit will reserve your date, with the remaining balance due Six weeks prior to the wedding.

A trial session is mandatory for all brides, mothers of the bride, and mothers of the groom. Confirmation of wedding bookings is contingent upon completion of this trial. This essential step enables the makeup artist to understand your preferences and develop a comprehensive makeup timeline for your wedding day, ensuring a relaxed and positive experience.

All communication will be conducted via email, including the provision of a complimentary digital skincare plan to prepare you for your special day.

Pre-wedding treatments, including dermaplaning and spray tanning, are recommended, along with preparation and aftercare advice to ensure flawless makeup application.

✨ Booking Confirmation

• All appointments require a 50% non-refundable booking fee to secure your booking • Appointments are not confirmed until the booking fee has been received • Consultation forms and any required patch tests must be completed prior to your appointment

💳 Automatic Balance Payment

• The remaining balance will be automatically charged 48 hours before your appointment • If payment cannot be processed, the appointment may be released

❌ Cancellation Policy (48 Hours)

• A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule • Cancellations within 48 hours will result in full appointment charge • No-shows will be charged 100% of the appointment cost • Appointments cancelled via the booking app within 48 hours are still subject to charges

🔁 Rescheduling Policy

• One complimentary reschedule is permitted with more than 48 hours’ notice • Further changes may require a new booking fee • Rescheduling is not permitted within 48 hours of your appointment

⏰ Late Arrivals

• Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in cancellation and full charge • Treatment time may be reduced to avoid impacting other clients

👰 Bridal Bookings

• Bridal appointments require 6 months’ notice for cancellation • All bridal booking fees are non-refundable

📋 Consultation Requirement (All Treatments)

• A consultation must be completed before any treatment can proceed • Treatments cannot go ahead without completed consultation/ Testing approval

💛 Important Notice A £15 early appointment fee applies to bookings between 5:00 AM and 7:00 AM.
A £10 early appointment booking fee applies to bookings between 7:00 AM and 9:00 AM.

👰 Booking & Payment

• A 50% non-refundable booking fee is required at the time of booking to secure your wedding date • Bridal bookings are not confirmed until the booking fee has been received • The remaining balance will be automatically charged 2 weeks prior to the wedding day • Once the balance has been paid, the booking becomes 100% non-refundable

❌ Cancellations

• Bridal appointments require a minimum of 6 months’ notice for cancellation • Cancellations made within 6 months of the wedding date will result in full payment being due • All booking fees are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances

💄 Trials Bridal party services: Package A: Up to 6 individuals receiving either hair OR makeup. • Package B: Up to 4 individuals receiving both hair AND makeup. • If the bridal party exceeds these limits, an additional stylist or MUA will be required and must be arranged in advance. It is the bride’s responsibility to confirm final numbers for hair and makeup no later than 8 weeks before the wedding day.

• Bridal and Mother of the Bride trials are mandatory and must be included at the time of booking • Bridesmaid trials are optional and can be added if required • Trials must be completed no later than 8 weeks prior to the wedding date • Trial appointments are 100% non-refundable • No trial = no service on the wedding day

⏰ Wedding Day Timings

• Final timings and numbers must be confirmed no later than 8 weeks before the wedding day • Additional services requested after this point may not be accommodated • Any delays caused by late arrivals may affect the service schedule

🚗 Travel & Accommodation

• Travel is charged at £2 per mile from Hartlepool, North East England (TS26) • Travel fees cover time, transport of equipment, and fuel • For long-distance or destination weddings, the bride is responsible for:

🛑 Health & Safety

• The bride must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, skin sensitivities, or infections • TVHMB reserves the right to refuse treatment if it may compromise safety or results • Refusal of service due to undisclosed conditions remains chargeable

🔄 Replacement Clause

• In the unlikely event I am unable to attend due to illness or emergency, a qualified replacement of equal standard will be arranged • If no suitable replacement is available, all payments will be refunded

📸 Photography & Media Consent

• You consent to photographs and videos taken on the day being used for marketing and promotional purposes • This includes before/after images and behind-the-scenes content • If you wish to opt out, this must be stated in writing prior to the wedding day

💛 Final Notice Day rate and touch ups: A standing day charge of £300 applies if you require the stylist/MUA to remain on-site for touch-ups throughout the day and evening.
