Please be advised that cancellations require a minimum of 48 hours' notice (six months for bridal appointments).We will gladly reschedule appointments cancelled due to illness on our part. Note that cancellations made via the app will still be subject to charges, and future appointments will require pre-payment for confirmation.
Please be advised that all appointments are subject to a ten-minute grace period; appointments will be considered cancelled thereafter. Note that any deposits are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.
