TVHMB Booking & Cancellation Policy

All appointments require a 50% non-refundable booking fee to secure your booking. (must be paid at time of booking)

The remaining balance will be automatically charged 48 hours before your appointment.

A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment or failure to attend will result in the full appointment charge.

Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes may result in cancellation and full charge.

Clients who repeatedly cancel late may be required to pay 100% upfront for future bookings.

By booking with TVHMB, you agree to these terms.

A £15 EARLY APPOINTMENT FEE APPLIES TO BOOKINGS BETWEEN 5:00AM AND 7:00 AM

Please be advised that cancellations require a (six months for bridal appointments).We will gladly reschedule appointments cancelled due to illness on our part. Note that cancellations made via the app will still be subject to 100% charges, and future appointments will require a 50% (Booking Fee) for confirmation.

Please be advised that all appointments are subject to a 15 minute grace period; appointments will be considered cancelled thereafter.  Note that Booking Fees are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.

Please note that appointments are non-transferable and cannot be modified. A new appointment with a 50% non-refundable Booking Fee is required for any changes.  Furthermore, failure to attend a tint test or appointment will prevent from proceeding with appointment.

PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT CHILDREN ARE NOT PERMITTED AT APPOINTMENTS UNLESS THEY ARE THE SCHEDULED CLIENT.  APPOINTMENTS MAY BE CANCELED IF THIS POLICY IS NOT FOLLOWED.

PLEASE NOTE IF YOU ARRIVE BEFORE YOUR APPOINTED TIME YOU WILL BE TURNED AWAY AND ASKED TO RETURN AT CORRECT TIME .

PLEASE REPORT ANY CUTS, ABRASIONS, OR LIP AND EYE CONDITIONS PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT; FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN CANCELLATION. PLEASE NOTE ALL APPOINTMENTS ARE BASED IN HOME SALON , APART FROM BRIDAL PARTIES ON MAIN DAY.
