Drink water: hydrate and replenish the cells for optimal recovery. (NO alcohol for 24hrs) Rebook: discuss your healing journey with me Observe yourself over the next 24-36 hours. Give the body time to assimilate. Practice self-care tips: putting YOU in charge of your healing. Positive changes: one session at a time. Get to know and understand your amazing body. Breathe: find a place to be calm. Follow the breath; in and out. Try it for 3 to 5 minutes. Be kind to your wandering mind: acknowledge your thoughts, let them pass by, return to your breathing.
