Pre-Paid Plans & Packages
Pre-paid packages must be used within the following timeframes:
Sessions not used within this period may expire.
Packages are non-transferable and non-refundable.
1. Appointments & Bookings
Sessions are by appointment only.
Bookings can be made online, by phone, or in person.
Please arrive on time to ensure you receive your full session.
2. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice.
Less than 24 hours’ notice may result in the full session fee being charged.
Emergencies are understood — please contact us as soon as possible.

4. Payments
Payments are due at the time of booking or at the appointment.
We accept: cash, card, or bank transfer.
Invoices/receipts are available on request.
5. Health & Safety
Please inform us of any medical conditions, injuries, or changes to your health.
unWINd Clinic is not a substitute for medical care. Always consult your GP or healthcare provider as needed.
Some treatments may not be suitable for certain health conditions — we will advise if adjustments are necessary.
6. Confidentiality & Data Protection
All client information is treated as strictly confidential.
We comply with GDPR and will not share your details without consent.
Your records are stored securely.
7. Liability
While every effort is made to provide safe and effective treatments, clients accept responsibility for their own wellbeing and follow aftercare advice at their own discretion.
8. Code of Conduct
Respectful behaviour is expected at all times.
We reserve the right to refuse service in cases of inappropriate behaviour.
