Visited Karen at Vibes yesterday for a back neck shoulder masssge and a facial. This was my first visit and I will definitely be back. I was made to feel at ease as soon as I met her and she explained the treatments in depth. The treatments were spot on and she is brilliant at what she does. 10/10 ⭐️

Another amazing experience with Karen. She doesn’t just provide a treatment but she also educates you on the full process & aftercare. She is so knowledgable & you know it’s not just a “one size fits all” when it comes to each treatment. Her room is always so cosy & calming and I always come out feeling so relaxed & like a new person (who never wants to leave) xxxx
