T&C’s

• Please see deposit highlight on the top of instagram page on how to pay deposits.

• All bookings require a deposit, which is done by bank transfer. The deposit is between £10/£20 depending on the cost of your appointment.

• Deposits are non refundable.

• My cancellation policy is you can cancel amend any appointments for up 48hrs before your scheduled appointment, after this time 50% of your booking fee must be paid. If it is cancelled within 24hrs, or the same day, or a no show then 100% of the booking fee will neee to paid. No further appointments will be accepted until the cancellation fee is paid.

• Cancellation slots can not be filled with swaps.

• Please check emails for your consultation forms, and check your junk folder also. If you could please complete and sign your consultation forms before your appointment.

• If you are cashing in a gift voucher for your appointment, please do this by contacting me rather than using the booking system. This allows me to track & control them better.
