- Appointments are reserved just for you, so please give as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or rearrange.
⏰ Within 48 Hours
- Cancelling or changing your appointment within 48 hours will be charged 50% of the treatment price.
⏰ Within 24 Hours
- Cancelling or changing your appointment within 24 hours will be charged 100% of the treatment price.
🚫 No-Shows
- If you do not attend your appointment without giving notice, the full treatment price will be charged.
💳 Failure to Pay
- Any outstanding cancellation or no‑show fees must be paid before you can book another appointment.
Deposits
- A 50% deposit is required to secure your appointment.
- Your appointment is not fully confirmed until the deposit is paid.
- If the deposit is not paid, your appointment may be cancelled and offered to another client.
- You will receive an email reminder if your deposit is outstanding.
- It is the client’s responsibility to ensure the deposit is paid on time
Managing Your Appointment
- You can manage your appointment through the confirmation email you receive when booking.
- Use the “Manage Appointment” or “Cancel” button to rearrange or cancel up to 48 hours before your appointment without losing your deposit.

Male Intimate Waxing
To maintain a safe, professional, and comfortable environment for all clients, male intimate waxing treatments will only be offered to individuals who have been directly referred by an existing client of the business.
Eligibility
- A new male client must provide the full name of the existing client who referred them at the time of booking.
- Appointments will not be accepted without a verified referral.
- If a referral cannot be confirmed, the booking will be declined.
- All treatments are carried out strictly in line with professional industry standards.
- Any behaviour that is inappropriate, disrespectful, or makes the therapist uncomfortable will result in the treatment being immediately terminated.
The business reserves the right to decline any male intimate waxing appointment at its discretion, even with a referral, to ensure the safety and comfort of the therapist and clients
Health, Safety, and Contraindications
- Clients must complete a consultation form before their first appointment and update it if their health or medication changes.
- Treatments may be refused if the therapist believes the service is unsafe due to skin conditions, sunburn, open wounds, or active infections.
- Waxing cannot be performed on areas with contagious skin conditions, or recent chemical peels.
- Pregnant clients may require modified treatments depending on trimester and sensitivity.
Treatment Expectations and Results
- Results vary depending on hair type, growth cycle, and adherence to aftercare.
- The business cannot guarantee complete hair removal in cases of very short, fine, or recently shaved hair.
- Redness, sensitivity, and temporary bumps are normal side effects.
Hygiene and Professional Standards
- All tools and equipment are sanitised according to UK hygiene regulations.
- Clients must maintain personal hygiene before intimate waxing services.
- The therapist reserves the right to refuse service if a client behaves inappropriately.
