I have known Ria for a while now and she is the most wonderful, understanding and empathetic person. She only wants the best for her clients and you always feel so relaxed and at ease whether you are in the Zen Den or at Zen @No 10. Ria is amazing her yoga class is such a calming experience the sound bath at the end is so relaxing. I highly recommend Ria as a yoga teacher and the beautiful studio just adds to the experience.

I attended the Yin Yoga and sound bath class last night and absolutely loved it. I’ve tried yoga before and never really enjoyed it because I found the poses too difficult, but Yin Yoga was completely different. The poses were gentle and held for a few minutes at a time, which felt both relaxing and releasing at the same time. The sound bath afterwards was deeply calming and the whole experience left me feeling lighter, grounded and genuinely relaxed. I also had one of the best night’s sleeps afterwards! It was such a welcoming and calming atmosphere that I have booked on for next week
