Ria is an amazing soul. This sound healing experience was exactly what I needed. Previously I've only done it in a group setting and I appreciated being able to do it alone. Ria is very talented.....i felt much lighter when I left. Her studio has a wonderful calming energy and I didn't want to leave. I am looking forward to many visits in the near future.

What a lovely experience I had yesterday full body massage with hot stones and again tonight for group guided meditation, yin yoga and sound bath. So relaxed at Zen at No10, such a beautiful space and Ria is just gorgeous- just the therapy I needed. Will Definetely will be booking in for more ME time. Thank you

I booked the signature facial and experienced a taster of everything. I feel like I’ve been on an amazing journey that has left me feeling at peace in mind, body and spirit. My skin is literally glowing and feels so soft . Ria is an absolutely beautiful soul who makes you feel so safe and at ease .
