Terms & Conditions

1. General

By booking an appointment, purchasing a voucher, or attending an event or class, you confirm that you understand and agree to the following terms and conditions.

All holistic and beauty treatments are provided for relaxation, wellbeing, and self-care purposes. They are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you have any medical concerns, please consult a qualified healthcare professional.

Clients are responsible for disclosing all relevant medical conditions, allergies, injuries, or medications prior to treatment to ensure services can be provided safely.

2. Bookings & Deposits

Appointments may require a deposit to secure your booking. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred in line with the cancellation policy outlined below.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling (Appointments)

We kindly require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or requests to reschedule.

• Requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the loss of any deposit paid.
• A new deposit will be required to secure a future booking.
• Missed appointments or non-attendance may be charged in full.

This policy allows us to honour the time set aside for each client and minimise disruption to other bookings.

4. Practitioner Cancellations

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered:

• A full refund of any deposit paid, or
• The option to reschedule your appointment at no additional cost.

5. Yin Yoga Classes

Due to limited availability and small class sizes, Yin Yoga classes must be paid in full at the time of booking to secure your space. Bookings are confirmed only once full payment has been received.

If you need to cancel your Yin Yoga class:

• Cancellations made with at least 24 hours’ notice may be transferred to a future class (subject to availability).
• Cancellations made on the day of the class are non-refundable and non-transferable.

This ensures fairness to all clients and allows spaces to be offered to those on waiting lists where possible.

6. Treatment Suitability

As each individual responds differently, treatment outcomes may vary and cannot be guaranteed.

We reserve the right to decline or discontinue treatment if it is deemed unsuitable, unsafe, or not in the client’s best interest.

7. Gift Vouchers

• Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of issue. We kindly encourage booking within this time to avoid disappointment.
• Lost, stolen, or expired vouchers cannot usually be replaced.
• Digital vouchers must be presented at the time of booking or appointment.

Gift vouchers are intended for individual treatment bookings and are not redeemable for events, wellness days, women’s circles, or The Sanctuary Ritual.

8. Repeated Cancellations or Non-Attendance

We deeply value mutual respect and reliability. Clients who repeatedly fail to attend appointments or do not provide the required notice for cancellations may be asked to prepay in full for future bookings or, in some cases, may no longer be able to schedule appointments.
