Ashlie began her professional journey in Midwifery in 2007, completing her BSc (Hons) and developing a strong clinical foundation in anatomy, patient safety and ethical care.

In 2012, she expanded into beauty therapy, where she refined advanced practical skills in skin health, facial treatments, lash and brow artistry and holistic client care. This dual foundation — medical knowledge combined with aesthetic artistry — forms the core of her approach today.

Establishing AB Beauty Aesthetics in 2014, Ashlie has spent over a decade building a trusted reputation for subtle, refined and ethically delivered treatments within a calm, luxury-clinical environment.

With continued advanced training in facial anatomy and injectable procedures, every treatment is structurally assessed and individually planned. Results are designed to harmonise natural features rather than alter identity.

Diagnosed with ADHD, Ashlie recognises the strengths her neurodivergence brings to her practice. Her ability to hyper-focus, analyse facial detail and approach structure methodically allows for heightened precision and clinical awareness. Safety, symmetry and long-term skin integrity are never compromised for trends.

Alongside treating clients, Ashlie is committed to education and mentorship, personally training and guiding apprentices within her clinic to uphold the same standards of professionalism, integrity and patient care.
