Welcome to AB Beauty Aesthetics.

My priority is to provide safe, professional, and evidence-based treatments in a welcoming clinical environment. By accessing this website, booking an appointment, or receiving treatment, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Bookings

Appointments can be made through the online booking system or directly with the clinic. Your appointment is only confirmed once any required deposit or payment has been received.

All clients must complete the required consultation, medical history, and consent forms before treatment. Failure to do so may result in your appointment being postponed or cancelled.

Deposits

Deposits secure your appointment and are non-refundable. They will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment unless otherwise stated.

Cancellation Policy

Appointment times are reserved exclusively for you.

• 72 hours’ notice: 50% of the treatment cost payable
• 48 hours’ notice: 75% of the treatment cost payable
• Less than 24 hours’ notice or failure to attend: 100% of the treatment cost payable

Appointments may only be rescheduled once any outstanding cancellation fees have been paid.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your appointment.

Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled. If treatment can still proceed, it will be completed within the remaining appointment time, and the full treatment fee will still apply.

Medical Information

You must provide complete and accurate information regarding your medical history, medications, allergies, pregnancy status, previous treatments, and any other relevant health information.

AB Beauty Aesthetics reserves the right to postpone or refuse treatment where it is considered unsafe or clinically inappropriate.

Treatment Results

Every client responds differently to treatment. While every effort is made to achieve the best possible outcome, results cannot be guaranteed and individual responses will vary.

Additional treatments or maintenance sessions may be recommended to achieve or maintain your desired result.

Review Appointments

Where clinically appropriate, review appointments are offered for selected treatments.

It is the client’s responsibility to book any recommended review within the advised timeframe. Reviews requested outside this period may be chargeable.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of aesthetic and beauty treatments, all completed treatments, deposits, and products are non-refundable.

Refunds will not be provided because you are dissatisfied with your aesthetic result or because the outcome does not meet your personal expectations.

Payment is for the professional service, clinical expertise, practitioner time, and products used—not for a guaranteed cosmetic outcome.

Nothing within these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Children

Children are not permitted to attend appointments unless they are receiving treatment themselves. This policy is in place to maintain a safe clinical environment and comply with health and safety and professional insurance requirements.

Age Restrictions

Injectable and aesthetic treatments are available only to clients aged 18 years or over. Valid photographic identification may be requested.

Photography

Clinical photographs may be taken for treatment planning and medical records. These images remain confidential and will never be used for marketing purposes without your separate written consent.

Confidentiality

All personal information is processed and stored securely in accordance with UK GDPR and applicable data protection legislation.

Practitioner’s Right to Refuse Treatment

AB Beauty Aesthetics reserves the right to refuse, postpone, or discontinue treatment where it is considered unsafe, unsuitable, not in the client’s best interests, or where unrealistic expectations are identified.

Changes to These Terms

AB Beauty Aesthetics reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most recent version will always be available on this website.
