AB Beauty Aesthetics – Terms & Conditions

By booking an appointment with AB Beauty Aesthetics, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms and policies.

1. Appointments & Booking

• All appointments must be secured via the official online booking system or directly through the clinic.

• A deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking.

• Appointments are confirmed only once payment has been received and a confirmation email has been issued.

• All required medical history forms and consent documentation must be completed prior to attending your appointment. Failure to do so may result in cancellation.

Appointments are structured and allocated to ensure focused, uninterrupted care.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you.

• 72 hours notice – 50% of treatment cost payable

• 48 hours notice – 75% of treatment cost payable

• 24 hours or less – 100% of treatment cost payable

Deposits are non-refundable.

Appointments may only be rescheduled once the applicable cancellation fee has been settled in accordance with these terms. Future bookings will not be confirmed until any outstanding balance has been cleared.

Failure to attend without notice will result in the full treatment charge and may lead to removal of future booking privileges.

Repeated cancellations or late changes may result in refusal of subsequent appointments.

3. Late Arrival Policy

Please arrive punctually for your appointment.

If you anticipate being late, you must contact the clinic as soon as possible on 0191 323 5106.

• Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require rescheduling and will be managed in line with the cancellation policy.

Where treatment proceeds despite late arrival, it will be delivered within the remaining allocated time. As a result, treatment outcomes may not reflect the usual standards of AB Beauty Aesthetics or client expectations due to time limitations. Full treatment fees will still apply.

4. Medical Disclosure & Suitability

Full and accurate medical disclosure is essential.

• You must inform the practitioner of any medical conditions, medications, pregnancy, recent illness, vaccinations, or previous aesthetic treatments.

• Certain treatments may require GP consent or independent prescriber approval.

• Treatment may be postponed or declined if deemed clinically inappropriate or unsafe.

Failure to disclose relevant information may result in refusal of treatment without refund.

5. Results & Expectations

Aesthetic and advanced beauty treatments are individual and outcomes can vary.

• Specific results cannot be guaranteed.

• Review appointments must be attended where clinically advised.

• Additional treatment or product may be recommended to achieve optimal and balanced results.

6. Review Appointments

Where applicable, neuromodulator treatments include a complimentary review at 2 weeks.

It is the client’s responsibility to schedule this within the 2-week timeframe. Reviews requested outside of this period will incur an additional charge.

Clients must select the correct review appointment when booking. Incorrect bookings will be amended accordingly.

7. Under 18 Policy

All aesthetic and injectable treatments are strictly 18+.

Valid photographic identification may be requested.

8. Children

To maintain a safe, calm, and clinically controlled environment, children are not permitted to attend appointments unless they are receiving treatment themselves.

This policy is guided by professional indemnity insurance requirements and health and safety regulations. The treatment room contains medical sharps, prescription-only medicines, and clinical equipment. Even with the utmost care, the presence of children within a medical environment increases the risk of accidental injury, distraction during injectable procedures, and potential compromise to treatment safety.

For these reasons, AB Beauty Aesthetics cannot accept responsibility or liability for any injury, disruption, or impact on treatment outcomes where this policy is not followed.

These measures are in place to protect both you and your child, while ensuring that treatments are delivered safely, precisely, and without avoidable risk.

9. Payments

Accepted payment methods are outlined at the time of booking.

All outstanding balances must be cleared prior to leaving the clinic.

10. Confidentiality & Data Protection

All client information is treated with strict confidentiality.

• Personal data is stored securely in accordance with UK GDPR regulations.

• Photographs will never be used without explicit written consent.

• Marketing consent may be withdrawn at any time.

11. Professional Discretion

AB Beauty Aesthetics reserves the right to:

• Refuse or postpone treatment

• Decline future bookings

• Amend policies where necessary

These measures ensure safety, professional standards, and the continued integrity of the clinic.
