Consultation Fee
For all new clients, a £20 consultation fee applies and is due at the time of booking.
This fee is redeemable against your treatment plan if you are suitable and choose to proceed with treatments and acts as the deposit for your first session.
If you decide not to go ahead for personal reasons, the consultation fee is non-refundable.
Treatment Deposits
At Bare Laser Clinic, your time is valuable, and so is mine. After an initial consultation, to secure your appointment and ensure availability, a £20 deposit is required for all bookings. This deposit confirms your commitment and allows me to reserve that time exclusively for you.
Payment Options
Consultation and treatment fees can be paid via card, bank transfer, or cash.
If paying by cash, please bring the exact amount to your appointment.
I kindly ask for 48 hours' notice minimum to cancel or reschedule so I can offer your slot to another client.
Cancellations with 48+ hours' notice:
Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice:
No-Shows & Same-Day Cancellations
If you fail to attend your appointment, cancel on the same day, or don't confirm a rescheduled appointment, you will be charged the full appointment cost using the card details on file.
This policy exists because last-minute cancellations prevent me from filling your slot while my costs remain the same.
• In all cases, I reserve the right to charge the card on file for any applicable fees. You will always be notified before any charges are made.
• Please note: If you choose not to proceed with treatments after booking, any fees paid are non-refundable.
• Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.
Thank you for your understanding and continued support.
Appointments and Consultations
All new clients must attend an initial consultation to assess suitability for treatment.
A consultation fee applies. This fee is redeemable against your treatment plan if you proceed. The fee is non-refundable if you choose not to proceed. It is only refundable if you are deemed ineligible for treatment.
You must complete the required consultation form before your appointment.
For health and safety reasons, all clients must attend alone, as there is no waiting area at the premises.
Treatment Courses and Payments
Discounts and offers (e.g., case study model discounts) apply only to full treatment courses and must be paid in advance.
Individual treatments not part of a course must be paid at the time of booking.
Treatments cannot be transferred to other individuals.
Cancellation and No-Show Policy
Clients must provide at least 48 hours’ notice for free cancellations or rescheduling.
Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in forfeiture of the consultation fee, treatment deposit, or a charge of up to 100% of the treatment cost.
Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.
Suitability for Treatment
Your eligibility for treatment is based on your medical history, medications, skin type, and individual factors.
You must inform the clinic of any changes to your health or medications prior to treatment. Failure to disclose may increase risks and invalidate your treatment.
Results may vary between individuals. The clinic cannot guarantee specific outcomes.
Safety and Pre/Post-Treatment Care
Following pre-treatment and aftercare instructions is essential for optimal results and to reduce risks such as irritation, infection, or scarring. The clinic is not responsible for adverse effects caused by failure to follow these instructions.
Protective eyewear will be provided during laser treatments and must be worn at all times during the procedure.
Appointments may be refused or rescheduled if clients fail to follow pre-treatment instructions, including:
Not shaving adequately for hair removal treatments
Arriving with a natural or artificial tan
Failing to disclose medications or health changes
Arriving with skin conditions or irritation in the treatment area
Refunds
Courses of treatment are non-refundable if you choose not to complete the course for any reason.
Exceptions:
If you become pregnant, your course may be put on hold and resumed once it is safe to continue.
If you are found to be medically unsuitable for treatment, a refund may be issued, but a letter from your GP or consultant confirming your condition is required.
Refunds are not issued for any completed treatments/courses of treatments.
If you are unhappy with your results or service, please contact Emily, your laser practitioner, immediately so any issues can be addressed and resolved.
The clinic reserves the right to refuse service if a client fails to follow medical, pre-treatment, or aftercare instructions.
Changes to Services
Bare Laser Clinic reserves the right to change services, prices, or policies at any time.
Any changes will be communicated to clients in advance wherever possible.
