- Appointments cancelled within 48 hours will incur a charge of 50% of the service amount
- If your arriving late then please let me know as soon as possible - I will try to accommodate you as best as I can but anything later than 15 minutes will be cancelled and charged the full service price

This is the first step in your personalised skin journey at ByAnya and is required for all new clients. Your appointment begins with an in depth consultation where we discuss your skin history, current routine, lifestyle and long term skin goals. A professional skin analysis will then be performed to assess your skin type and identify areas that require support. You will then receive a starter facial designed to gently reset and support your skin barrier.
