Definitely 5 stars! ✨ Absolutely loved my Luminous Reset Facial with Anya! Anya is such a friendly, welcoming lady and instantly makes you feel completely at ease. The treatment itself was so thorough and felt like a proper treat from start to finish. The room is lovely and relaxing too – the perfect little escape to switch off for a while. 🧖♀️🤍 My skin has honestly never felt so glowy! ✨ It felt incredibly fresh, smooth and pampered afterwards. Such a gorgeous treatment and experience – I’ll definitely be back! 💕

It was my first time having a facial, Anya was so professional and made me feel completely comfortable from start to finish. I felt so calm and relaxed throughout the treatment. I can’t thank Anya enough for all her amazing help in getting my skin wedding-ready! 🤍 From the very beginning, she was so knowledgeable, supportive and reassuring, and the results have been incredible. Not only has my skin improved so much, but the whole experience had such a positive effect on my mental health too. Having someone I trusted to help me with my skin took away so much of the stress and worry that comes with preparing for a wedding. It became a little bit of self-care during such a busy and overwhelming time. Anya genuinely went above and beyond, and I felt so much more confident and relaxed going into my wedding day. One of the best facial experiences i have had, from the moment i walked in Anya was warm and friendly, perfect amount of chit chat to silence when it got super relaxing. Anya talked me through the different steps and products. My skin is absolutely growing, already looking forward to my next one. Highly recommend if you want a facial and a super, lovely, relaxing zen experience!

First time at ByAnya and it was such a relaxing experience. I went with the Equilibrium Ritual so I was pampered from head to toe. Worked my back and got all my knots out and skin felt glowing afterwards, honestly felt like a cloud when I left. Can’t wait to come back and would highly recommend.
