Definitely 5 stars! ✨ Absolutely loved my Luminous Reset Facial with Anya! Anya is such a friendly, welcoming lady and instantly makes you feel completely at ease. The treatment itself was so thorough and felt like a proper treat from start to finish. The room is lovely and relaxing too – the perfect little escape to switch off for a while. 🧖♀️🤍 My skin has honestly never felt so glowy! ✨ It felt incredibly fresh, smooth and pampered afterwards. Such a gorgeous treatment and experience – I’ll definitely be back! 💕

- please give at least 48 hours notice when rescheduling or cancelling an appointment
- Appointments cancelled within 48 hours will incur a charge of 50% of the service amount
- If your arriving late then please let me know as soon as possible - I will try to accommodate you as best as I can but anything later than 15 minutes will be cancelled and charged the full service price

This is the first step in your personalised skin journey at ByAnya and is required for all new clients. Your appointment begins with an in depth consultation where we discuss your skin history, current routine, lifestyle and long term skin goals. A professional skin analysis will then be performed to assess your skin type and identify areas that require support. You will then receive a starter facial designed to gently reset and support your skin barrier.
