BODY, FACIAL, MASSAGE & SCALP RITUALS- • Stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water and keep skin moisturised • Avoid excessive sun exposure and tanning beds for at least 24hrs • Protect the skin from the sun with SPF • Avoid excessive heat such as saunas, steam rooms and hot baths/showers for at least 24hrs • Avoid strenuous exercise for 24hrs • Avoid harsh scrubbing or exfoliating products for a few days • Avoid makeup or minimise it for a few hours after a facial treatment • Avoid alcohol and caffeine for at least 24hrs • Allow your body to rest and recover after the treatment LASH & BROW ENHANCEMENTS- For Lash Lifts: • Avoid sleeping on the face (especially on the first night) • Avoid heat - saunas, steam rooms for 48hrs • Use a lash serum for strength and retention For Tinting: • Avoid makeup or skincare in the area for 24hrs • Avoid heat - saunas, steam rooms for 24hrs • Protection from direct sunlight and UV exposure can make results last longer • Use a lash & brow serum for strength and retention NAIL TREATMENTS- • Keep nails clean and dry, avoiding excessive exposure to water • Avoid harsh chemicals and using nails as tools, wear gloves when doing household chores • Moisturise and use cuticle oil regularly • Avoid hot environments such as saunas and steam rooms as they can weaken Gel, causing it to lift • The use of a top coat can help to prevent chipping and fading • Avoid picking/peeling Gel as this can damage the nail surface and effect the longevity of the next set WAXING TREATMENTS- • Keep the area clean, avoiding the use of makeup or products for at least 24hrs • Avoid excessive heat, strenuous exercise and swimming for at least 24hrs • Avoid sunbathing, sunbeds or fake tan for at least 24hrs • Wear loose fitting clothing to your appointment • To soothe and moisturise, pure Aloe Vera gel can be used • Lightly exfoliate twice a week, starting around 3 days after waxing to prevent ingrown hairs (ingrown hair prevention products may also be used) • Keep the skin moisturised • If exposed to sun, use an SPF to protect the waxed area • Maintaining a regular waxing schedule helps to keep hair growth manageable and minimises discomfort. 4-6 weeks is usually best.
