BOOKINGS
New bookings require a 50% deposit, which is refundable or transferable when at least 24 hours’ notice is given.
Existing clients can book without a deposit, but card details are required to secure the appointment.
Cancellations made within 24 hours or no-shows will result in the 50% deposit being retained. For existing clients who have not paid a deposit, a 50% cancellation fee will be automatically charged to the card provided.
A booking reminder will be sent 2 days before your appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. For full details, please see our Terms & Conditions.
The remaining balance is payable at the end of your treatment. Card payments are accepted, although bank transfer and cash are preferred.
LOCATION AND ARRIVAL
Elysian is based within Peachy Self Care Centre. There is a large car park to the rear of the building and on street parking is also available. For public transport, West St. Leonards train station and multiple bus stops are within short walking distance.
The centre operates a locked door policy. Please arrive at the front entrance at your allocated time where I will be ready to greet you.
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment or, where there isn't enough time to complete the treatment, the appointment may need to be rescheduled.
CONSULTATION, PATCH TESTING AND TREATMENT SAFETY
Every client must complete a consultation form before their first appointment. This helps ensure treatments are suitable and safe and is also required for insurance purposes. Please let me know if any of your details, medical information or circumstances change, so your consultation form can be kept up to date.
Patch tests are required for all tinting and lifting treatments and must be completed at least 48 hours before your appointment. Unfortunately, waivers cannot be accepted in place of a patch test, and the treatment cannot go ahead without one.
If you use retinol, prescription retinoids, AHAs, BHAs or other exfoliating products, please let me know before booking facial waxing. These products can increase skin sensitivity and may make waxing unsuitable.
Due to the intimate nature of the service, bikini waxing is only available to female clients aged 18 and over.
Any treatment carried out on a client under 16 requires parent/guardian consent and the parent/guardian must be present for the duration of the appointment.
REWARDS AND DISCOUNTS
A 10% NHS discount is available across all treatments. Valid ID must be shown to receive the discount.
Receive 10% off when you book 3 or more waxing treatments in the same booking.
Collect 10 loyalty stamps (1 stamp per visit) and receive a £10 voucher.
A FEW THINGS TO NOTE
Peachy Self Care Centre is a multi-business premises. While every effort is made to minimise external noise, occasional background sounds from neighbouring businesses or outside the building may be unavoidable. Your comfort and wellbeing are always my priority and I will do my utmost to make your time at Elysian as calm, relaxing and peaceful as possible.
Please check your spam or junk folder for booking confirmations and reminders. If our emails are there, please mark the sender as ‘not junk’ to make sure you receive future emails.
I provide professional services only, so please keep all messages, emails and calls respectful and appropriate. Any inappropriate communication will not receive a response.
