Booking Information

• Any bookings made are requests and have to be accepted first before they are scheduled. You will receive an email confirmation once the booking has been accepted.

• I provide professional services only. Messages, emails or calls of a sexual/suggestive/ inappropriate nature are not tolerated and will not receive a response.

• All bookings must be secured with a 50% deposit which is refundable when 24hrs or more notice has been given

• A booking reminder is sent 2 days prior to your appointment. If you do need to cancel or reschedule, please give 24hrs notice. No shows or late cancellations may result in a fee.

• Cash, Card and Bank transfers are accepted for remaining payments

• 10% NHS discount is offered across all treatments, ID must be shown to receive

• Receive a £10 voucher when you collect 10 Loyalty stamps (1 stamp per visit)

• Every client must complete a consultation form for insurance purposes and make me aware if anything changes after initial completion

• Tinting/Lifting treatments must have a patch test at least 48hrs prior to appointment
