BOOKINGS, DEPOSITS AND CANCELLATIONS
A 50% deposit is required for all new bookings.
Deposits are refundable or transferable when at least 24 hours notice is given.
Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice, or no-shows, will result in the 50% deposit being retained.
For existing clients who book without a deposit, cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice or no-shows will incur a 50% cancellation fee, which will be automatically charged to the card provided.
By providing your card details, you authorise me to automatically charge your card for any applicable cancellation or no-show fee.
Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may require future bookings to be paid in full upfront.
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive late, your treatment may need to be shortened to avoid delaying the next client. If there is not enough time to complete the treatment, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and the deposit may be retained.
CONSULTATION, PATCH TEST AND TREATMENT SAFETY
A consultation form must be completed by every client before treatment. Please let me know if anything changes after completing the form so your details can be kept up to date.
Your personal information is kept secure and is only collected and used to manage your appointments, provide your treatments and ensure they are suitable and safe.
All treatments are subject to consultation and assessment. I reserve the right to decline or discontinue a treatment if I feel it is unsafe or unsuitable.
All tinting and/or lifting treatments require a patch test at least 48 hours before your appointment.
Patch tests must be repeated if it has been more than 6 months since your last test or if there have been any relevant medical changes.
AGE RESTRICTIONS
Due to the intimate nature of the service, bikini waxing is only available to female clients aged 18 and over.
Any treatment carried out on a client under 16 requires parent/guardian consent, and the parent/guardian must be present for the duration of the appointment.
GIFT VOUCHERS AND OFFERS
Gift vouchers are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. They cannot be refunded, extended and no change will be given on any remaining balance.
Offers may be amended or withdrawn at any time.
Only one discount or offer can be used per booking.
