Terms & Conditions

• A consultation form must be completed for every customer and must be updated if anything changes since signing the initial form

• A 50% deposit will be taken on all bookings to secure the appointment

• Deposits are refundable when a period of 24hrs or more notice has been given

• Please give at least 24hrs notice if you need to cancel/reschedule or fee's will apply/deposit will be taken. This also applies to no-shows.

• Any tinting and/or lifting treatments must have a patch test at least 48hrs prior to the appointment and must be updated if it has been more than 6 months or if there are any medical changes.

• All Bikini Wax treatments will only be carried out on ages 18+

• Any service carried out on an under 18 will require parent/guardian consent and to be present at the time of appointment

• Gift Vouchers are valid for 1 year and cannot be refunded or any change given if a balance remains

• Offers can be amended or withdrawn at any time

• Only one discount can be used at a time
